  18. <p>     Apparently, news of the changing political realities in
  19. Eastern Europe has not fully registered on Vietnamese
  20. officials. Citizens can still buy week-long "friendship tours"
  21. of various East bloc countries for only $200. According to a
  22. story making the rounds of Ho Chi Minh City, 37 tourists
  23. recently left for Czechoslovakia. They must have liked what
  24. they saw there, because only seven of them took the return
  25. flight home.
